I was skeptical at first about having a automatic litter box but i was so tired of scooping so I took a chance this was the best ideal this litter box is so nice and coll the technology is astounding withe the UV light and the door opening and closing I recommend this litter box to any who want one getting my second kitten in two weeks gonna come in handy NO MORE SCOOPING!!!!!

For the price you're getting a great deal to never have to scoop again. Set up was easy. It's not very loud so it doesn't bother the cats. They were definitely interested. Modern design. I have 3 cats and it works great for all of them using it. I do suggest a mat by it, even with a small hole and sand catching step my cays still are able to get sand elsewhere. Worth it.

I purchased a white model, but a gray model was sent to me. I contacted customer service and they told me it was their delivery people's fault. If I want to exchange the product, I have to wait another 6 days. I can't wait that long. You can only use this gray style first.

Me encantó la calidad del producto. Las aromas han desaparecido en su gran mayoria del cuarto de mis 6 gatos!! Los ciclos de limpieza son rapidos y constantes. El escalon si evita que cuando salgan del arenero no saquen tanta arena al piso pues noto que la alfombra en su cuarto no se ensucia tan pronto:) Es la mejor inversion que eh hecho!!
